We're a UK-based interiors brand founded by two culturally rooted women with rich South Asian and East African heritage. Our designs are rooted in our British upbringing, shaped by global influences and guided by the belief that interiors should be as diverse as the people who live in them.

MAHIYA SIGNATURE BLENDS PREMIUM HYBRID E-DESIGN with A HANDS-ON APPROACH for CREATING A SPACE that’s UNIQUELY YOURS.
On site Room Styling
MAHIYA Styling is perfect if your space is already furnished but need that final layer of polish, personality and style. We’ll create a personalised mood board and a carefully curated shopping list with clickable links. We will source accessories across up to six categories - think cushions, art, lighting, decor, and more to bring a cohesive, elevated look to your room. Once everything is ordered and delivered, we’ll then come on-site for half a day (4 hours) - (within 20 miles radius of TW20, Surrey) to style your pieces and bring the full vision to life.

Signature Single Room
Perfect for transforming a single-function space, whether it’s your living room, bedroom, dining room, or home office. This six-week package blends the convenience of virtual design with the warmth of in-person support (available within 20 miles of TW20). You'll receive custom floor plans tailored to your lifestyle and detailed 2D visualisations to help you and your contractor envision the final look. A full procurement service is included, with Mahiya Living managing all product orders, tracking deliveries, and handling any issues that arise. From start to finish, we’re right there with you, sourcing pieces, reviewing swatches, shopping together, and styling the final space on-site. Let’s bring your vision to life, effortlessly.

Signature Open Plan
Designed for multifunctional rooms or open-plan spaces, this package includes everything from our Single Room option - just scaled to suit multiple zones. Whether you're working with a living/dining combo or a bedroom/home office, we focus on creating cohesion, flow, and function throughout. You'll receive the same hands-on design guidance, regular check-ins during implementation, and on-site styling to bring your space to life beautifully and seamlessly.

Your Journey Begins Here!
Book your package and fill out our design questionnaire to kick off the project. You’ll receive expert design advice, an on-site measurement service (within 20 miles of TW20), and two video consultations to refine your vision.

Collaborate To Create
Your Dream Room
Over six weeks, we’ll design a space with you. You’ll receive custom floor plans, mood boards, 2D visuals, and samples, plus a local shopping trip to find the perfect home accessories. We’ll also handle the full procurement process, taking care of ordering, tracking, and managing deliveries so you can enjoy a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish.

See Your Vision
Come To Life
Receive your final e-design archive, including 2D visuals and elevation drawings for your contractors to implement the project with confidence. We’ll check in regularly while work is underway, and provide expert guidance if needed. The process ends with on-site styling to bring your vision to life.
